The Sugargoo Spreadsheet: Finds by Category, Coupons and Shipping Lines

One long Google Sheet with thousands of rows is how most Sugargoo spreadsheets started, and it is also why so many are hard to use: you scroll past two hundred tees to find one pair of trainers. Search suggestions show what people actually want — "sugargoo spreadsheet shoes", "woman", "budget", plus a steady run of searches for messenger bags, jewelry and New Era caps. So the finds here are split the same way. Each sheet below has its own set of cards and notes on what matters for that category when it ships through Sugargoo.

Verdict: Shopping for one thing? Open its category sheet. Building a first haul? Start with the 20 cards above, then add light items from the under-$20 sheet to fill the parcel.

What does Sugargoo charge?

Sugargoo's own pages are clear on most of the small charges and silent on the headline one, so the service fee is the only line where trackers disagree. KakoGuide and W2C Spreadsheet both list no service fee on standard orders; a March 2026 review on Rep Finds Archive says 5% with a ¥10–15 minimum. Everything else below comes from Sugargoo's blog or its payment guide.

The card surcharge is the one that adds up. On a $200 top-up, 4.8% plus 50 cents is $10.10 — more than the packing fee on eight parcels. Sugargoo's payment guide lists cheaper routes: Payermax at 3% + $0.30, Onerway at 3.4% + $0.30, and Alipay+ wallets at around 2.8–3%. Whichever you pick, top up close to what the next order needs rather than parking a large balance.

Verdict: Sugargoo's fixed fees are small. The card fee and the shipping line you choose decide most of the final bill.

Which Sugargoo coupons are worth claiming?

Two offers are published on Sugargoo's own blog, and both are redeemed the same way: in the Member Center, open "My Coupons", type the code in the redemption box at the top and press "Redeem Now". The coupon then appears under "Use Coupon" at checkout.

• SG50 — $7, no minimum spend, for new and existing accounts; a February 2026 update lists it as 2026SG50. It can cover products, shipping or service fees.
• New-member bundle — up to $110 in shipping and service coupons (the ¥800 new-member bundle), split into several smaller coupons that unlock once your email is verified. JadeShip counts the bundle at ¥800 in total with an average 90-day expiry.

Different coupon types stack on one order — an item coupon plus a shipping coupon — but two of the same type don't. Codes posted on coupon aggregator sites are often expired or regional, so treat anything that isn't on Sugargoo's own pages as a maybe. Verdict: Claim SG50 and the welcome bundle before your first parcel ships; save shipping coupons for the heaviest box you plan to send.

How fast does Sugargoo deliver, and on which line?

Once you pay for international shipping, the time depends almost entirely on the line. Sugargoo's own route pages give these windows, measured from dispatch:

The US Duty-Free Clothes line gets searched on its own name for a reason: it's built for clothing-only parcels up to 5 kg and is sold as tax-free, which matters now that every US parcel can owe duty after August 2025. The trade-off is in the small print — clothing only, and no return service if something goes wrong. Sugargoo's calculator example put a 3 kg clothing parcel to California on the PH version at $55.18.

Before paying, a ¥18 rehearsal shows the real and volumetric weight of the packed box, which is worth it on anything bulky. The Sugargoo shipping page covers every US, UK and EU line, tracking and declarations, and the shipping and duty calculator turns a weight into a cost.

Why do so many 2024 and 2025 Sugargoo spreadsheets stop working?

Search suggestions still pull up "sugargoo spreadsheet 2024" and "2025" alongside 2026, and those older sheets fail in three predictable ways. First, the links point at agents that have gone: Pandabuy closed after its 2024 raid, WeGoBuy went dark in early 2025, and CNFans stopped Weidian orders in January 2026 before closing in August. Second, sellers delete and relist, so a row can point at an empty page even when the link format is fine. Third, prices drift — a yuan price from two years ago is rarely today's.

The first problem is fixable. Every agent link wraps a marketplace item ID, and Sugargoo accepts the original Weidian or Taobao link. Paste old rows into the link converter and it returns the original listing addresses, one per line, ready to go back into your sheet or Sugargoo's search bar. The other two need a fresh look at each listing, which is what the regular checks here are for.

If a row still refuses to load in Sugargoo, the DIY Order form is the fallback: you enter the shop, price and a remark with size and colour, and Sugargoo's buyers confirm it. Its own guide suggests DIY orders for Xianyu links and shortened URLs the search bar won't recognise.

Verdict: Keep the original listing link in your own sheet, not an agent's version of it. Agents close; listing IDs don't change.

Is Sugargoo still working?

Yes. On September 29, 2026 Sugargoo's homepage loaded with no maintenance or closure notice, KakoGuide's June 2026 review found no raid, lawsuit or shutdown on record, and Trustpilot had a review from the last week of September praising a one-hour refund. Across all 22 agents we follow, 16 are working normally, 2 have conflicting or worrying signals and 4 are offline or closed — the table shows which.

Verdict: Sugargoo is a working agent with a middling review score. If it ever stops loading, every card on this site still works at the other green agents.

People rarely use one agent forever. You might have an old CNFans sheet to rescue, a friend who swears by KakoBuy, or a TikTok list built for a different agent. The marketplace pages cover the opposite choice: buying on AliExpress, DHgate, Temu or Amazon directly, or finding the same piece on Weidian, Taobao or 1688 and routing it through Sugargoo. Direct stores tend to win on returns; the agent route wins on range and on seeing photos of your actual item before it ships.

What will import tax add to a Sugargoo parcel?

Duty used to be an afterthought on small parcels. Since 2025 it rarely is: the US scrapped its $800 allowance, the EU began charging a flat €3 per item category on parcels under €150 from July 2026, and the UK has confirmed its £135 relief is going. Sugargoo's tax-free and duty-free lines exist to absorb this, but only on the lines that say so.

Verdict: If a line isn't labelled tax-free or duty-free, assume the tax is still to come and budget for it.

How this Sugargoo spreadsheet is checked

We pulled 600 listings from repbuysheet.com for this site and cleaned them before a single card went live. Fourteen were duplicates. Forty-seven were thrown out because the lead photo showed a different listing from the one the link opened — the kind of mismatch that ends in an order you didn't expect. One priced under ¥10 was a listing error. That left 538 listings, and the ones with a clear name and category appear as cards across the site; the rest are in the full catalog.

Prices are shown in dollars first and yuan second, exactly as the catalog listed them on the day we checked. Sugargoo converts at its own rate and adds the seller's domestic delivery to its warehouse, so its total will differ slightly. Photos are the seller's; your QC photos from Sugargoo's warehouse are the ones to judge the real item on.
